They made it useless for financial reporting. Finally one of the advisors recommended we find a local QuickBooks ProAdvisor. We have been working with her for over a year and she has done wonders for our bookkeeping and management systems. I can not give her a strong enough recommendation.”

“Ms. Smith was extremely GREAT! She was very responsive to my very first e-mail. Nearing the deadline for year end employee reports, my QuickBooks file would not allow me to access employee reports; I had numerous data issues. After calling in the “help line”, I was panicking at the huge prices being quoted and was told my data was corrupted and I was in dire risk of losing all information – all 15 years of history. Although a peak time for everyone in the business, Ms. Smith met me at my business after hours and promptly got the company file repaired/ rebuilt and I was back up and running. Price was very fair. She was Very Knowledgeable and helpful, coaching and teaching while correcting the issues. Very professional, prompt, friendly and genuinely helpful.
